What is the current status of Taiwan's participation in inter-governmental organizations?

According to the latest version of the Yearbook of International Organizations, 2003-2004, issued by the Union of International Associations, there are 974 major and active inter-governmental organizations. Because of China's obstruction over the last 20 years, Taiwan has been denied participation in most of these inter-governmental organizations.
