For international non-governmental organizations (such as confederations of organizations), can more than one local office apply?

Local offices may apply as their own organizations, provided they are independent (ie have different boards, raise their own sources of funding, and are legally registered in an eligible country. For a given organization, only ONE proposal per country is permitted. International NGOs may NOT apply for grants in the same country as their local, independent offices unless they are partnering in the programme.

Note that only one application per cycle and per country from the same organization will be accepted. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
