The difference between public and private courses is just like it sounds, private couses you must become a member to pay, typically very large one time payment plus monthly dues. Public courses you call or go online and make a reservation, pay your greens fees and you are good to go. There also is semiprivate courses this is a combination of both with the exception that members get the prime time golf slots and have the option of bringing a guest at a reduced rate, public play usually is off peak hours usually in the middle of the week and in the afternoon.
If you are looking for different courses in a particular state go to Google, Bing or Yahoo and type in golf courses and the state or city, this should get you close.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
