What is the difference between regular bacon, pancetta and prosciutto?

Pancetta is an Italian bacon. Prosciutto is an Italian ham. I just learned that you can parboil the pancetta very little, and the salt will come out of it.

Then you can use it in cooking soups, pasta fagiole or anything and the taste will still be great! I have used them, but not one in place of the other. I have, however, used sopresatta in place of pancetta.

Sopresatta is a type of salami. Regular bacon is hickory smoked, but none of the Italian meats are. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
