What is the statute of limitations on the "stand your ground" law pertinent to the Trayvon Martin case?

It is the function of neighborhood watch people to check suspicious activities out. That's exactly what Zimmerman was doing. It does actually seem that he obeyed the request of the 9/11 operator to not follow him since he was returning to his vehicle when Trayvon assaulted him.

It's not against the law to follow someone. It is against the law to assault someone. That's why this is actually a case where the Stand Your Ground law comes into play.

I think the bigger question should be why all of these racist idiots keep talking about how Zimmerman had the right to defend himself, yet say nothing about Trayvon. How about the fact that he had the right to defend himself, to stand his ground and attack a short fat hostile dude that pulled over, got out of his vehicle and began to stalk him....Do any of you morons realize that the law "Stand Your Ground" applied more to Trayvon then Zimmerman. Zimmerman got out and stalked the young man on his way home from the store.

So I guess the law was only intended to be used when a white (or in Zimmerman's case almost white) person shoots a black person? WTF people, this is how our government got over on us. You are to stupid to look at a situation for what it is and instead choose to side with whatever left wing or Right wing idiot you watch on tv.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
