What is the statute of limitation for Child Molestation Statute in Georgia?

Georgia is pretty harsh (rightfully so! ) on child molestation. The time does not start until the victim turns 16.

If the victim is under 14 it is 18 years after that point. And if there is DNA evidence, there is no limit.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
