Each farm will have their own recipe of feed that they believe produces the best ilk for the least cost. Do try other brands. Grass fed cows will produce milk of a slightly different taste.

It tastes good to me. As people get older, the produce less lactase, which is the enzyme in your stomach that digests lactose. Lactose is the primary sugar in milk.

If you can't digest milk, you can get tablets of lactase. Lactaid is common brand name, but any brand will work. They do not require a prescription, but you can ask your pharmacist about it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
