One of my favorite Chili recipes is the Chili Rick's, this recipe can be served on special gatherings and important family occasions. One thing I really like about this recipe is its strong taste of chili and its unique taste. I have already shared this recipe to my friends, neighbors and co-workers and they were not disappointed.

Chili Rick's is very easy to prepare in the sense that it would entail a preparation time of 30 minutes, cooking time of 2 hours & 30 minutes and makes a total of 20 servings. Here is my Chili Rick's recipe, courtesy of allrecipes. Com: Ingredients 2 (29 ounce) cans tomato sauce 2 (28 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes 2 cups diced onion 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 pound bacon, diced 2 pounds spicy sausage 3 pounds lean ground beef 1 (32 ounce) bottle hickory smoke barbeque sauce 1/2 cup chili powder 4 (15.25 ounce) cans kidney beans, undrained 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped Directions 1. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, combine tomato sauce, tomatoes, onion and Italian seasoning.2.In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until slightly crisp.
Drain and stir into the pot.3. In the same skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown. Drain and stir into the pot.4.
In the same skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until brown. Drain and stir into the pot.5. Stir the barbeque sauce and chili powder into the pot; taste and adjust seasonings.
Stir in the kidney beans and chocolate and simmer until flavors are well blended.Serve.

Ingredients: Lean ground beef, diced onion, finely chopped garlic, drained and rinsed kidney and pinto beans, thick and chunky salsa, diced green chilies, chili powder and ground cumin Preparation: In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until the beef is browned, then drain the fat.
Add beans, salsa, chilies, chili powder and cumin, and boil. Reduce the heat and cover. Cook and stir for 25 minutes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
