For me, it's truly a hard choice between tomatoes or asparagus. Tomatoes are the best because they are so easy to grow! And, if you chose an indeterminate variety, they'll produce all season, instead of just once.
Nothing is better than picking and dicing up homegrown tomatoes. Makes you really think twice about purchasing those pink, mealy tomatoes from the grocery store! My runner up without a doubt is asparagus.
Now, this one isn't so easy to grow, which is why the payoff is great. It took my plants three years before they produced their first edible shoots. But, they don't produce a lot, but they are the most tender and beautiful ever!
So when we have the asparagus on the table, I know I worked hard on giving my family the best possible!
I love tomatoes too, but I think I like garden cucumbers more. I find the ones that come from the store to be bitter most of the time. There are so many things to do with the cucumbers.
We of course make pickles out of some. When they are fresh out of the garden, my favorite thing to do is make little sandwiches out of the. I use potato peeler and remove the peelings.
Then I slice them up fairly thin. I place it on a town house cracker with cream cheese. I love it, and it's a nice cool, refreshing snack during the hot months of summer.
We also like to slice them up and place them in a brine like water and eat them after just soaking for a bit. I think my favorite recipe is the sweet freezer pickle method. They are actually very simple to make.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
