What is your favorite neighborhood in Seattle?

On my recent vacation I discovered Bell Town and I loved it! What are your preferences? What do you think?

West Seattle Belltown is nice for the nightlife and bars but I love West Seattle. Even then West Seattle has two very different areas of interest that are both great. The Alaska Junction is kind of the hub of the neighborhood with all the local restaurants and stores on a strip.

Great burritos at Taqueria Guaymas, 2 different cupcake stores, a great little pet store (Next to Nature) with a giant fat cat named Moses, a brewery (Elliot Bay Brewing Company), a steakhouse (Jaks), the best sushi in Seattle (Mashiko) and the combo of great record store and breakfast spot (Easy Street). If that doesn't suit your fancy, then there is always Alki Beach which can make anyone love Seattle with the restaurants, views, and the beach. 1 I loved the Fremont District. It was charming! We ate at a great Mexican restaurant called, The El Camino.(owned by my younger brother's best friend so I'll give her a shameless plug) The food was fantastic, the margaritas are made with hand squeezed limes (no mixes) and the Bloody Mary's were to die for.

They were having a market day while we were there and there were vendors on the streets selling everything you can imagine. We had a great time there. It all had a European flair with the outdoor market..

2 The Fremont District (very "artsy-craftsy"), and Capital ll (where are the interesting "freaks" hang-out, and there are a lot of avant garde stores). I lived in Seattle for eleven years, and hope to go back soon. This user has been banned from Askville.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
