Twice-Cooked Pork. The best I've ever had was in a Hunan restaurant (yes, but they both use heat! ) in South Bend, Indiana that is now closed.

I dream about it still. They also had the best Orange Chicken that I've ever had.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
