What is your most useful kitchen gadget?

For me, the most useful kitchen gadget is the good ole toaster oven. I have been using a toaster oven ever since and I love how I can make the simplest but most delicious snacks and meals just by using my toaster oven. I love making tuna cheese melts and homemade pizza using my toaster oven and even toast my breads perfectly.. It really is the best kitchen gadget for me.

I have an ancient hand beater that sees a lot of use from me. That and a fine hand-held grater. I feel very low-tech, now.

But I do love my blender as well.

Aside from the stove where all the meals are cooked, I would have to say that the most useful gadget in our kitchen would have to be the toaster. The reason for me is because I like to a light breakfast on the weekends which often includes a couple pieces of toast along with some with some orange juice. Also, on the late nights that I come in from work and don’t feel like making anything, I usually like to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with a glass of URL1 may not sound like the most exciting thing to have for dinner but it doesn’t take a long time to make and it’s very filling.

Most importantly, it is also better than spending money on fast food.

Before you said the microwave was your most useful kitchen gadget, I was going to say that too. But I have another item that is even in usefulness for me. It's an infrawave oven. It's similar to a toaster oven, but is much more.

For me it replaces my regular oven. Since I only have to cook for myself and my mother, I don't need a large oven to cook huge amounts in most cases. The infrawave saves from having to preheat a big oven, heat up the entire kitchen.

It also saves time in cooking. I can make cakes, hot dogs, chicken, hamburgers, pizza, french toast, french fries and many more items in the infrawave. The oven has settings for different types of foods and you just hit a button and it cooks for a specified amount of time according to the type of food.

If you want to brown items, just put on the "speed toast" setting. Certain foods items aren't found on the menu, so you just adjust accordingly by using something similar. For recipes, just put in the temperature and time and the oven converts to a new cooking time for the infrawave.

Oh I am in love with my KitchenAid mixer. Before, I used to hand mix cookie and bread dough. It was a such a pain, literally.

I have some issues with my wrist and hands. To hand mix that stiff dough killed my hands. Plus, it is way to thick for a hand mixer.

Something else I love it for is making that thick birthday cake frosting. I make my son's birthday cakes, and it really comes in handy! There are several different attachments that can be added to it.

I haven't got any, but I know there are things like food choppers and meat grinders. I would give up my microwave oven in a heart beat to keep my KitchenAid mixer! I am a big dessert fan after all!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
