Here is our traditional Easter menu: Creamy Cucumber Dill Dip Cheese and Crackers Spring Salad Southern Buttermilk Biscuits My Favorite Ham Rosemary Garlic Buttered Potatoes Simple Baby Asparagus Minted Baby Carrots Sweet and Nutty Holiday Peas Strawberry Angel Cake .

4 We do brunch instead of dinner. There is lots of different food served but the most important dish served is Hungarian Eggs. We aren't Hungarian.

Many years ago my mom went to Hungry and a regional dish made with eggs. She wasn't able to get a recipe for it so when my mom got home she replicated as best she could. We aren't sure what this dish is actually called in Hungry but ever since on Easter we have "Hungarian Eggs".

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
