Free markets Free speech Gun rights Smaller less intrusive government Strong military Sane tax code Strong leadership All of these things are under assault with the liberals in charge.
Success. Remember that conservatism, at it's heart, is a desire to use tried and true mechanisms and a skepticism of anything new and unproven (especially investing in such things). So when a person sees that practicing something classical is working effectively, he'll stick to that conservative system when other people start trying to sell him something new.
This is, of course, as opposed to the liberal who has failed with classical methods of accomplishment and has far less to lose (or far more to gain) by advocating change. This is why libs and cons are so staunchly against one another - all their experience, their effort, their conclusions are backing up opposing belief systems, and it's almost impossible not to assume that the other person is either a liar or a fool.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
