Instead of supplements, I am going to try to get all my nutrition from wholesome foods, especially raw fruits and vegetables. I figure I can buy a lot of produce for a fraction of the cost of supplements, and it will be utilized by my body better.
I'd continue to stick with usana vitamins, and don't expect it would change on the horizon. Never hesitant when I learned how great the products were. I was never consistently on any supplement prior to that.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
