What percentage of the US voting public would you say is strongly anti capitalist?

As a gun owner who plans on voting for Romney this fall, I do still have some concerns about his position on gun control, but at the very least he would still need congress to move on the issue for his position to matter. If the republicans hold the house I doubt they will be pushing through any gun control legislation. I would be concerned if Rommey won, but the democrats took both houses of congress, because I could see Romney going along with some gun control legislation.

But that scenario is extremely unlikely, because if Romney musters enough votes to win the election, that would almost certainly mean the republicans also held onto control of the House. So to answer your question, yes I have some reservations on Romneys gun control stance, but at the end of the day, I doubt it will matter much. With the exception of the now expired Federal Assault weapons ban (which was a bull crap piece of legislation), most gun control is regulated at the state level anyways.

Based on what I could find about Romney, he's neither a strong gun supporter nor opponent. I have no reason to believe he'll being going after our gun rights, any more than Obama will. Neither of them care.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
