What shade of Rimmel Stay Matte Powder should I get?

Girl you are gorgeous you don't need pounds of makeup. Such pretty beautiful brown eyes. Makeup isn't meant to make you have a dramatic difference it's meant to enhance.

If you want to touch up a bit just use some powder (you have a great completion no need for foundation and that's a good thing), blush, eye shadow to make those beautiful brown eyes pop, maybe eye liner idk I think you will be fine just to make your eyes pop more, and mascara. You look beautiful without all that junk on your face though...the only reason why I put it on is because I think it's fun to...may sound silly but that's just me...it gives you something to do. Beauty gurus for life lol.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
