I would consult your doctor first. Let him take a look at your sores and perhaps try to find out what the sores are from first. Once he can make a proper diagnosis he will most likely recommend a proper way to wash your hair with scalp sores.

Without seeing you are knowing what is going on, the first thing that comes to mind is something very gentle. Baby shampoo such as Johnsons is about as gentle as shampoos get. But again, first consult your doctor.
