You will want to find a hypoallergenic shampoo. Shampoo for sensitive scalp usually include soothing ingredients like honey or botanicals. Most shampoos contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or Sodium Laureth Sulfate.
These ingredients are harsh and not good for someone with a sensitive scalp. Spend a couple minutes and read the back of the label. If the shampoo contains either of these ingredients, it is not hypo allergenic.
Frederic Fekkai has a shampoo called Sensitive Scalp Shampoo. You can find it on Amazon, in fact I will include the link for you below. There are many other great shampoos for sensitive scalp, just be sure to read the label.
Your nest bet is to go into a beauty supply store. They will have other brands there. Here is the Amazon link.
You can find it on Ebay, as well. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0045KDP6M/ref=asc_df_B0045KDP6M1463596?smid=A1I528CNKHIJI9&tag=pgmp-677-95-20&linkCode=asn&creative=395105&creativeASIN=B0045KDP6M
.Many shampoos contain harmful chemicals that dry out the scalp and can even be the culprit of psoriasis. I just recently read some articles while doing some research of my own that said most shampoos have sulfates in them. You need to avoid them at all cost.
The best thing you can do for your hair is use a natural, homemade method of cleansing your hair. Use a baking soda paste to scrub your hair and scalp a few times a week and follow it with a vinegar rinse. (I hope the baking soda paste isn't too abrasive for your scalp).
If you insist on using a shampoo, you can use an organic one or sulfate free one. Here is a list of a few: California Baby Beauty Without Cruelty Alba Botanica Creme of Nature Giovanni (I've used these haircare products and like them) Onesta Aubrey Organics (this is a very popular brand, but I believe it's expensive) Sources: longhaircommunity.com/archive/showthread... infobarrel.com/How_to_Make_Your_Own_Natu... infobarrel.com/Benefits_of_a_Vinegar_Hai....
If there is a Whole Foods in your area, try using their organic brand of shampoo. You can get a liter bottle for $5. My boyfriend has psoriasis and I have eczema, and the unscented Whole Foods shampoo works better than any expensive shampoo we tried out of desperation.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
