What should I do to prepare for natural disasters?

That depends on (a) where you live, (b) what assets you can access in the here and now, and (c) who and what you are.Uh...I can feel a Hub bursting through on this one. Gotta go write. Extensively!

You might try checking under this same title (for a Hub, if no one's done it yet) in a few hours....

You should always have a supply of water enough to last at least a week. Some food that is dehydrated or packaged to last several days or weeks. Make sure you have a blanket extra shoes, a flashlight.

A change of clothes. Disenfectant, bandaids, towels would all be good choices to pack up.

In general, food, water and warm clothes will be needed. Keeping a stock of it in a place where you can easily reach out in case of any damage would be helpful. Also, looks like Ghost32 is going to write a hub, hopefully it will be helpful.

Cheers,Pady.

Floods are a natural disaster that can occur almost anywhere. It is more likely in places where there is high rainfall during the rainy season, riparian areas, lakes and other bodies of water. Floods can be local in nature.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
