The first thing is to make sure your personal trainer is certified. You can expect a certified personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals rather it be to lose weight, build endurance or build muscle. A personal trainer should be able to instruct you on proper stretching techniques to ensure your muscles are flexible as well to prevent injury during your workout.
They then can teach you proper form for lifting weights without injury and also the right amount of weights to prevent muscle strain. They can teach you how to get to your weight loss and/or fitness goals by employing a combination of cardio and resistance training. Some personal trainers can give dieting tips; however don’t expect this to be an area that all personal trainers have expertise in.
Ultimately you have to be the determining factor as to rather or not you reach your fitness goals even with a personal trainer, therefore the amount of time it takes to reach your goals are dependent upon you and the personal trainer. Remember, you should always consult a physician before starting any workout program.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
