Chef Emilio Gervilla is the owner/chef of two Tapas restaurants in Chicago, he does give out a few recipes on his restaurants’ website, emiliostapas.com/index.php?option=com_re..., but you can also sign up for email on the site and you will receive more recipes via email. The most famous Tapas chef is Chef Jose Andreas. Chef Andreas owns several restaurants and bars across the US and in parts of Europe as well, shown on this link: thinkfoodgroup.com, but he also hosts the PBS television show Made in Spain.
The recipes he shows on the television show are also the recipes that are prepared at his tapas restaurants. You can view those recipes here: http://www.josemadeinspain.com/recipes.htm. Food and Wine Magazine also published an article with the Top Tapas Recipes from the Top Tapas Restaurants.
You can view the article and recipes here: http://www.foodandwine.com/articles/best-tapas-from-the-best-tapas-bars. Food and Wine is a very reliable source and although some of the recipes may be more involved than others, they are worth the labor.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
