You dont. If it is really nasty or rusty scrub it well with some kind of steel or copper pad, hot water and very little if any soap. Rinse well, dry well, then coat with vegetable oil then season in the oven at 450 deg.
Untill the oven and pot or pan is hotter'n hell. KEEP it seasoned by not using soap on it. A well seasoned pot or pan should be cleanable by either wiping out with a paper towel or a bit of hot water and scrubby with NO soap.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
