Quote- Vitamins that are essentials for strengthening the immune system are vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E and zinc. The function of vitamin C in the body is to boost the immune system, absorb iron and to form cartilage, muscle and bone. Vitamin C is currently recommended to fight colds, flu, allergies and asthma.
Researchers have also found that the vitamin might be beneficial in the prevention of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and cataracts, but studies are still being conducted. Beta-carotene is made from carrots and helps treat poor eyesight, wrinkles and dry skin. Vitamin E is derived from fat-soluble antioxidant compounds that boost the immune system, increase healthy platelet levels and reduce inflammation within the body.
Zinc is found in the cells, and helps fight off bacteria and viruses that invade the body. Selenium is a trace mineral found in the body that repairs damaged cells and regulates the thyroid. -end quote- ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/vitamine/ mayoclinic.com/health/vitamin-c/NS_patie... ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Zinc-Consumer/ ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/Selenium-Healt....
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
