I love screwdrivers! My birthday is tomorrow and I will be enjoying one! Vodka and orange juice..simple but very tasty.

Man thats a tough question. I work in a Liquor Store and my girlfriend is a bartender so naturally I've have to "sample" my wares so I can recommend good drinks. So far my favorite has been the Chocolate cake shot, which tastes just like chocolate cake.

I first had while at my sister-in-law's house in Florida. All it is is a Half shot Frangelico Hazlenut Liquer Half shot of Vanilla vodka. Then you get a slice of a sugar coated lemon.

Lick the sugar, take the shot, then bite the lemon. You'll be suprised.

I also prefer beer, and wonder why switch when you have something you like... don't mess with a good thing. But if were messing, I would have to go for either a Miami Vice - 1/2 pina colada 1/2 strawberry margarita (first had in Mexico) or a bottle cap slush - raspberry sour puss & root beer schnapps with sprite slurpee (first had in a friends backyard) or a bannana mamma - I have no idea what the frick is in it, but there is a whole bannana in it and it tastes like a fruit smoothie (I first had it in Mexico and the bartender kept giving them too me and I didn't realize it had alcohol in it til it was too late - WAY to late). But, a nice pale ale or rhubarb wine will always be first on my to drink list!

The very best mixed drink I have ever had has been the Frozon Lemon Lime Marguirta's with salt swirled around the top. They should be made with Jose Cuervo Gold and Triple Sec using Daily's lemon, lime Marguitas mix. Add a sliceof lemon or lime on the side of your Marguita glass and enjoy.

I'm a Brandy Alexander girl. I tried it in Vegas of all places.

My favorite cocktails are Sex on the Beach, Fuzzy Naval and Mai Tai for those nights were you just need a bit more alcohol content in your drink :) I also like buying the TGI Friday's drink mix for the Pina Colada. We make it in the blender with ice and it is a frozen drink perfect for warm summer days!

.

I had a friend who at BBQ's would make Pina Colada's that you couldn't taste the alchohol and would kick your azz. They were so smooth and not over the top sweet.

Carabuloo= Bacardi 151, Malibu Rum and pineapple juice.... best drink ever.

I’m not person who is big on alcohol, but for some reason I love whiskey sour. I had it for the first time at a close friend’s house who is a bartender. I think it’s the sweet and sour taste that I love.

Now I make it whenever friends are over. Here is my favorite recipe: 3/4 cup whiskey (recommended: Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey) 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice from 4 lemons 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice from 4 limes 2/3 cup sugar syrup Ice cubes Maraschino cherries 1. To make a simple syrup, add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Chill before using. 2. Add whiskey, lemon juice, lime juice, and syrup to a glass.3.

Fill half a cocktail shaker with ice and add whiskey mixture until the shaker is 2/3 full. 4. Shake and pour into ice filled glasses.5.

Garnish with maraschino cherries and serve.

The best mixed concoction I have ever had is my secret recipe for a Bloody Mary that I developed while bartending in Southern Nevada. It took me a few tries to get it perfected and certain customers loved helping with the creative process. They found it fun to be part of developing a new recipe for a mixed drink. My experimenting helped me realize using one shot of first-class Russian vodka does improve the taste and give the Bloody Mary drink a better kick.

My adding salt, a secret blend of herbs with celery and green olive juices superiorly enhanced the flavor of the Bloody Mary drink. All who have had my secret Bloody Mary recipe have enjoyed it. Cheers!

The best drink I've had is what we call hooch. I think some people call this different things, or call some other form of drink hooch. This can't be made in a small batch and it turn out right.

Take a very large cooler and fill the bottom layer with fresh fruit: Pineapples, apples, cherries, strawberries, peaches, oranges, kiwis and grapes. (really any fresh fruit) Now pour a nice layer of pure grain alcohol into the bottom. Please do not do this in a Styrofoam cooler, as it will eat it's way through and start bleeding out the sides.

Let that soak for several hours in a cool spot. Before party time, fill it up with Hawaiian Punch and vodka and/or rum to taste. Enjoy!

Warning: Fruit will intoxicate you to oblivious. You will be crazy drunk if you are not careful. Tip: Don't use fruit cocktail, it's gross!

This is best served out of one of those coolers with the "facet" on the bottom. With a ladle for fishing out fruit. I like this best.

I guess because I don't get it often because it's such an ordeal and expensive to make. The last time we were out 80 dollars.

A raspberry mojito at Kincaid's restaurant (at their bar) in Bloomington, MN is probably among the best drinks I've had. In my opinion, nobody makes a mojito as well as they do.

I like sweet drinks. I would say it's between the Dirty Girl Scout and this birthday cake shot I had for my 21st - I can't for the life of me find the recipe for it, though! It didn't taste like a chocolate cake, which is what Google is raving about.

I think it's equal parts Frangelico and vanilla vodka, which would make more of a "vanilla birthday cake-y" flavor... Not sure, though. I should've asked! The Dirty Girl Scout, for those who haven't had it, is equal parts vodka, Kahlua, Bailey's and creme de menthe, all over ice.

Both totally yumtastic.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
