They say it stops by the end of the 1st trimester. Does it literally stop right after the 90th day or does it vary? For moms, can you remember when it stopped for you?
I'm hoping it doesn't last for 90 days - ugh... Asked by Anchorman 58 months ago Similar questions: morning sickness stop Health > Reproduction.
It's usually gone by the fourth month but it's not like a switch It doesn't stick to a specific schedule. Some women don't get it all (lucky) and for others it lasts well into the fourth or fifth month. You'll probably get past it before 90 days are up, so look forward to that, but it's not unusual for it to last a little longer.
I hope you feel better! Sources: My experience .
It just depends on the person I had it ALL 9 MONTHS! I found out I was pregnant at 2 weeks, that's when the morning sickness started and it NEVER ended! They even had to put me on medication because I lost 11 lbs in the first coulple months.
But I never got over it. I was always sick and threw up everything..And I could not take the smell of anything the whole 9 months. Hope it's better for your situation!

I understand how you feel. I've had 5 children and with every pregnancy I always had morning sickness- ugh! I dreaded mornings.
For me the morning sickness lasted up to about 3 1/2 months. I was losing weight rather than gaining and then I was eatting and hungry all the time. Now with my last pregnancy- strange but I had sickness in morning and night which was odd.
With all my pregnancies I found that the sight or smell of eggs cooking made me sick. Fried foods made me feel that way. Cigarette smoke on people and certain smells made me run to the bathroom.
I learned to stay away from anything that triggered that feeling. For most women, morning sickness usually subsides in the first trimester. For some women, they don't get sick at all.
I was always told that being sick in the early months was a good thing and meant a healthy pregnancy and you are getting rid of the toxins, etc. So don't worry. It will stop.At 4 and 5 months I was feeling great and was craving many things. Sources: my experience .
End of 1st trimester as you have noted. Both times I was pregnant and had morning (all day) sickness it seemed to go just like it came. One day I woke up and felt fine.
Not like I was going to die. I feel for you but it will get better.
Some people never have it. Most only in the 1st 3 months, some the whole time.
I found out I was pregnant 7 months ago,but I have had morning sickness since my 3rd month. Is this normal?
Any suggestions for morning sickness/vomiting that lasts well beyond the first trimester-already tried all the remedies.
I would wake up every morning with a bad headache the cure is stop exercising or sit ups or change them to other ones.
Morning sickness usually stops around the 12th week of pregnancy, but for some women it lasts longer, or doesn't happen at all.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
