When I connect the camera to my pc, the movie files wont appear to transfer, just JPGs, why?
You might have to install the software that came with your camera. I have to do the same with my Kodak Easy Share. If you still got the CD that came with the camera pop it in and install the software.
Otherwise you maybe able to find the software for download online at the manufactures website. IE: www.kodak. ComI had the same problem with my camera until I installed the Easy Share software that came with the camera.
Before I installed it the camera would turn of during transferring of video files.
