If the person who doesn't believe, wants to hear what you have to say, then just take it slowly and methodically and let the person make their own mind up.
Speaking personally, what I dislike the most about believers is that nasty habit they have of ramming religion down the throats of the non-believers, coupled with the fact that often the believer cannot accept that I - the non-believer - may actually be perfectly happy just the way I am.
If on the other hand, the non-believer hasn't asked for it, do yourself a favour and keep what you feel to yourself. You wouldn't be particularly pleased to be inundated with stuff that I believe, that would undoubtedly go against your beliefs, would you?
If what is on the internet is true, then have you considered the possibility that God is telling you to run from that religion. Maybe you are wrong.
You don't need any religion to be close to God.
However, if you find that the internet information is false, then have faith in what you believe. Express the truth you feel to any audience who is willing to listen to you. Let them make their own decisions about what you share with them.
Remember God talks to all, even your listeners. God can communicate to us by our experiences and messages(even internet) that comes to us from our daily life. Their truths may also come from God.
You may also learn something from them. These truths will set you free.
That's what your asking about. Get an "apologetic bible". I love mine, it answers those questions simply.
The best approach is to explain that if they don't believe what you are saying is to tell them very plainly and difinitively that if they don't accept what you're saying that when they die they will go to hell and suffer for an eternity unimaginable pain and sorrow.
Then follow it up with the phrase..."but Jesus loves you, have a nice day.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
