When you vote on an undecided question, how long does it take for the answer to be awarded to someone?

If a question is tied and is only waiting for a tie-breaking vote, it will typically be 5-10 minutes. If it is not showing a message saying "open until voting tie is broken" then it is still up to the asker to select a Best Answer (or No Best Answer). Once s/he selects such, community votes are ignored.

If s/he does not do so, the answer with the most votes gets the BA. If no answer has any votes the question remains open until someone votes an answer up, in which case, again, it should be a matter of 5-10 minutes before BA is awarded.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
