I think the best way to maintain your target heart rate is to just do something you enjoy in moderate intensity for the duration of time you wish to exercise. It sounds too simple maybe, but it really is that simple. If you enjoy walking, walk at a brisk pace.
You can jog, run, use a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical machine, play tennis, take an aerobics or dance class, or anything else you enjoy that gets the heart pumping. You can purchase heart monitors that will give your heart rate so you can tell if you are maintaining the rate you need. To calculate target heart rate, take 220 minus your age.
Then take 60 percent and 80 percent of that number. That's your target heart rate. If you are more of a beginner, keep it towards the 60 percent range.
Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
