A good west coast sunSET would be your best bet. We can still see all the way to the sunrise from over here - it just comes up over mountains instead of ocean. And anywhere out of the smog zone should give a good sunrise.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
