They have the largest Union in the United States and they can vote themselves a raise essentially by putting into power someone who promises to do so.

Note that these are in 8 select professions. And this is only at the federal gov level. Yes.... government has its hands tied on wages.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
