You already have it lucky. It rains at least once a week here in NY. And when it's not raining there's pollen everywhere.
So either I have a car covered in green dust or a car that's covered with green/brown marks after the rain dries. Let's not forget the amount of road salt they put down...and how much rust my car accumulates over time. Wash and wax the car.
Next time it rains try to get a cover on it(if you aren't driving). If it rains while you drive, just wash the car after using a good wash and wax soap and hand dry it. It's what I do to keep my car looking decent here in NY.
Works pretty well. Honestly if you really hate rain that much I suggest putting some money into a second car, whether it's a beater or a nice new car, for when it rains and only pull out your Nissan when the weather is nice. A car will never stay clean if you garage it.
From what I hear cars in LA never get dirty(since it never rains). Anywhere in souther California is your best bet to keeping a car clean for weeks if not months long at a time.
Move out to Southern California, we're in a drought. It's rained less than two weeks all year long. There are some less drastic alternatives though.
Find a covered place to park your car, or invest in a car cover.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
