Where is the best place in Southern California, to have a Co. Christmas Party?

Where is the best place in Southern California, to have a Co. Christmas Party? I would like to have a holiday event for my Security Staff of approximately 30 people.

I would like it to be a unique or outstanding experience for them, to show my appreciation. A local dinner cruise or 5 star restaurant are my only ideas. Any additional ideas would be greatly appreciated.

2 Southern California is a rather sizeable area. From the crack houses of Chino to the alcoholic mansions of Santa Barbara, you might wanna narrow it down just a tad to get some useful suggestions. Also, even in SoCal, a cruise in the winter is likely to be a rather chilly event.

Finally, there are no 5 star restaurants in Los Angeles. You'll have to go to New York for that (unless you're talking about Carl's Jr. stars). What about Geoffrey's on the water up in Malibu?

The Ivy in Santa Monica? Why not just go down to Marina Del Rey and have a dinner on the water at one of those places? Sit by the fire, chat, have a cocktail, and call it a night. I am not a fan of "stuffy" holiday parties myself.

I'd much rather go to Rock N Bowl, fire up the margaritas, and have a good stiff competition with the guys in the mail room! .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
