You will need to graduate with a B.A. in history and apply to a fifth-year graduate education progamme where you will take really dopey classes about how to become a great teacher. You will do "Student teaching" which means no one will ever help you out and you will pay your school for this privilege. Then you will take 2 tests, which you get to pay for.
One, a multiple-choice to prove you can read and write, and the other so you can prove you know something about history, like did World War 2 happen before or after World War One. This test proves you are great at history and you are free to go look for jobs that don't exist.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
