I always support 'Local Owned' restaurants because I support the community, the food is 'fresh' and 'homemade', and my money is invested locally. -Any good place with All Kind of pastas it's my type of restaurant, with good wine list, and spotless 'restrooms'. If the bathrooms are super clean it's a reflection that the whole restaurant it is also clean, and I like that.
Locally owned restaurants are by far superior. Eating at them usually consists of better service and most definitely supports your local economy rather than some faceless corporation. Food will always be fresher, tastier, and healthier.
It's stupid that a salad at some generic chain restaurants are upwards of one thousand calories-this reflects the poor quality and lack of freshness and "real" food. You wouldn't find that kind of nonesense at a local restaurant unless they deep fried the salad.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
