Which is more effective? Running uphill on a real mountain/hill or running on a treadmill?

Definitely not. Running outside is completely different. Running outside you have to push harder and then there are variations of the ground.

On a treadmill, you stay in one place, can't get much variety or push. I call the treadmill just "warm up cardio" because that's all it is. It's not real running.

If you were to run 10 miles on a treadmill as appose to 10 miles outside, it's so different it's not even funny.

You have to elevate the treadmill to 1 degree to compensate and make it equivalent of running outside.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
