Mexico! (Although I'm biased since I'm Mexican. Lol) But in general, all countries have their own specific charms.
If you don't know Spanish well, all Spanish-speakers may sound the same to you, but I'll give you an idea of how it sounds through my ears as a native speaker. Central Americans have a neat accent since they often speak Spanish differently than "proper Spanish", like where you'd say "come here" which is "vente tu" they would say "veni vos", so that's cool if you're looking to learn something new. (They also do that in Argentina, if I'm not mistaken.) Argentineans & Chileans seem to have more of a nasal accent (sort of like the French accent sounds to native English speakers born here).
If you go to Ecuador, Peru, or Bolivia, they do have a high indian population there, so they use a lot of Quechua words, which is also a cool thing to pick up. Like instead of saying "maiz" they say "choclo" which is Quechua. Spain Spanish is "ok" but personally (hope I don't offend anyone here, just my opinion!) it can get to sound annoying, kind of like British English can sound to American English speakers.
The nations of the Caribbean have a very distinct accent (in general - though each nation is different). To me it sounds almost like they open their mouths wider when they speak. And last but not least, Mexico, which is so huge that it has tons of different sounding accents (just like in this country - you can tell when someone is from the south, or northeast, etc.).
Overall every country has a distinct sound (which can even vary from region to region) so I'd base my decision upon where it's "safer" to be, & of course what type of weather you like/don't like - I mean don't choose to go to Quito, Ecuador if you hate cold/damp weather; on the contrary if you like beaches & tropical weather, try Guayaquil, Ecuador. Hope this helps. :).
I loooooove Venezuela's accent. But, it's a little bit scary going there since it's highly unsafe .. then again, majority of Latin America is unsafe. But I've been there many times, it's incredible.
If not, try Spain. I hear it's incredible there, and plus - their accents are very veryyy appealing :).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
