I have been using biotin for quite a few years and I definitely see a positive improvement in my hair. I also take iron and a multivitamin. I usually get mine at a store called the vitamin shopee, store brand.
Although, I tend to also get unusually tired at times what works best for me is when I stick to a regular exercise routine.
I trust Multivitamins as well but I do take Vitamin C separately.
Multivitamins are always good for you. But, if you are a non-vegetarian, you should consider taking considerable amounts of lean meat and eggs too. Because, these are processed and used in our body to meet a wide range of requirements which include vitamins.
Also, vegetables are also fine. Carrots, beetroots etc etc. If you feel tired, maybe you should check your blood sugar level also. Include potatoes and sweetened drinks in your breakfast.
Pls don't rely solely on multivitamins from markets. If your tiredness persists too long, I advise you to consult a physician and have a check on your blood levels for different nutrients. Hope that helps,Aj.
I trust natural sources of vitamins and other essential nutrients. Natural is green and good.
My family only trust USANA's supplements. They've changed the quality of my teenage daughter's health-related quality of life. You are right to question the effectiveness of supermarket brands.
I've learned so much about nutritional supplementation over the last few months. One of the most important nuggets is that all supplements are not created equal and, in general, you get what you pay for. For your reference, below is an article that I wrote about evaluating vitamin brands.
I hope it is helpful. ehow.com/how_6193726_evaluate-vitamin-b.
I've had good luck with the high energy B vitamins. Spring Valley makes a multiple B complex (from Walmart, very inexpensive) - and I notice a difference - to a point where I cannot take them at bedtime and I am great sleeper. I am told a great vitamin needs to dissolve quickly - the horse pills that are not sugar coated are the best.
I am currently trying out biotin for my hair and nails - will keep you posted.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
