In my experience, it is between the Wii Fit games and Punch Out. Punch out was pretty rough, but you can use traditional controls with it. Wii Fit is all about getting your body into the game, so you have no option but to be active.
The hula hoop game on the original Wii Fit will really get your heart pumping. But of course, the Just Dance and Just Dance 2 is fun and makes you sweat. I've worn a heart rate monitor for these games and Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum workout is the most taxing.
Some of these games are made more fun and get you an even better workout with a few accessories like dumbells, steps, and rowing machine addon.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
