I was impressed about his strength of character. Daniel was one of the young boys who was captured and carried from Israel to Babylon. Neb tried to corrupt David and his friends, but they resisted.
Daniel was a Nazerene. What were the dietry codes he was obligated to keep? It says he prayed three times a day.Is this customary?

Daniel is right. He was from the palace of Judah. King Hezekiah got careless and showed all the treasures of his kingdom to a king of Babylon.
Issiah told him that would result in Babylon taking Judah into captivity. He was relieved to learn that it wouldn't happen in his life time. Daniel and his friends were members of royalty and they were taken to live in the royal court in Babylon.
They were treated well, but the goal was to corrupt them and assimilate them into Babylonian culture. They resisted. I don't know if they weren't supposed to eat meat at all, but they weren't supposed to eat the rich foods from the royal table.
They ate vegetables to avoid eating meats that Jews were not supposed to eat. They had to convince the king to allow them to do that. Daniel was thrown into the lion's den for praying to God and his 3 friends were thrown into a hot furnace for not praying to the Babylonian god.
I suspect the #7 is symbolic. There's disagreement as to who the 4th man walking around in the fire was. Some think he was an angel.
Beth Moore makes a good argument that the 4th man was Christ.
Can't think where you got the Daniel was a Nazerene/Nazirite. He was part of the royal family because he was part of the "cream of Judah" who was initially deported to Babylon. And that fact would have made him more likely to be a native of Judea, not "Nazareth" in Northern Israel. As for whether he took a "Vow of the Nazirite" (Numbers 6:2) is unstated (tho he did act as if.
) What we do know about Daniel is that he fulfilled one of Isaiah's prophecies: "And of thy sons that shall issue from thee, which thou shalt beget, shall they take away; and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon" (Isaiah 39:7). And that could well have been what convinced him that God meant it.
Daniel could not eat meat. Secondly, Daniel had to pray three times a day. I am not sure about the link to location.
Do you have information about Daniels behavior? GoldenLion 15 months ago .
It does the three have entering into a vow. In the oven a fourth being appeared and he was the son of God. The vow had power because they were preserved from a fire seven times as hot.Is this a symbolic number of a perfect range of heat.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
