Who will be held responsible for the Vermillion Rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico?

It is too early to tell what or who caused the accident (

?) on the Vermillion rig but the company that owns and runs the rig is Houston Texas based Mariner Energy. The Vermillion rig (Vermillion 380) was producing 1,400 barrels of crude oil and 9.2 million cubic feet per day of natural gas per day. The process of finding the responsible party will be like all of these longer than we would like and will not be without political finger pointing.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
