11 days ago you posted that you were getting dizzy, now with this post you are tired and sleepy, I agree with the others, to me it sounds like anemia, also you are probably not drinking near enough water, Increase your water intake to at least 8 large glasses a day. Many people say they don't like water, well too bad, because your body loves it, craves, it, needs it to survive. If you don't like water try adding lemon to it, or oranges.
Get a filtered water pitcher like a Brita , fill with water, squeeze a lemon or 2 into it, slice the lemons or oranges and put the slices in the water too, Lemon is very good for you. And with the water kept really cold in the fridge a lot of the time, icky tasting water will taste a lot better. I would recommend going to your doctor and getting some blood work done to rule out any serious ailments, the blood work will also tell the doctor which vitamins your are lacking and he can recommend the proper supplements.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
