Mononucleosis or "Mono" can make a person feel exhausted all the time ... however, if the test results came back normal ...

Stress also causes fatigue like what you describe. Also, lack of proper exercise will cause the body to become more lethargic and create an exhaustion in the mind. Both of these interfere with proper rest and both can be solved by ... exercise :-).

The form of physical activity your sister partakes in can be anything that she enjoys and is appropriate for your location and/or culture: yoga, tai chi, dancing, walking, swimming ... Exercise releases endorphins and chemicals into the brain that makes a person feel happier. It gets healing energy and oxygen coursing through the body and burns off the negative effects of stress and/or lethargy.

Seek the advice of a medicine man. Your regular type of doctor will not have an answer, in my opinion.

I wish your sister all the best. May Apollo hear your call for healing. He can certainly help.

Fresh air and relaxation can help with feeling tired and listless. Does she have any stress or worry in her life as this can cause a person to feel tired, lethargic and exhausted all the time? I felt like this around 2 years ago and it turned out that I was anaemic.

I think she should go back to her doctor for more tests to determine the cause. I wouldn't give up until a diagnosis is given. It must be awful for her, but I'm sure that her doctor will get to the bottom of it.

You should have her checked out for sleep apnea. I have it and I had the same symptoms as her, but I also used to fall asleep whilst driving.

She will need to go to a sleep clinic for the night where she is hooked up and monitored. If she does suffer from this, it is easily managed with a cpap machine which she wears while she is sleeping. It is amazing how much better you feel.

Sleep apnea is a condition where the sufferer actually stops breathing while asleep. This can happen many many times throughout the night and leaves you exhausted in the morning.

I suffered quite severely. Get it checked, you may be surprised.

The only other thing I can suggest is she gets checked out for diabetes.

Get her to exercise more in the morning, meditate in the evening and listen to relaxing white noise at night. Best of luck.

She is not over weight, but might snores, I don't know exactly, but I'll aware her.

No, she's never been tested for autoimmune disease either for sleep apnea.

I know her body exercise's not enough at all!

I agree with the majority of you that exercise and meditation can be greatly helpful.

More than everything, by your answers, I become interested to know more about "sleep apnea"! I think it could be her case. Thank you for reminding me this.

I appreciate all of your helpful answers to solve my sister's problem.

If her tests are normal, she could be suffering from depression. That will cause extreme fatigue. So will sleep walking.

Stress can do it too. Good luck to your sister.

There are so many doors to be explored with that question. Is it recent or how long needs to be answered. A diagnostic survey may be needed for mental health causes.

Or, recent exposure to radiation, or side affect of medications or supplements, or food allergy that recently cropped up, blood sugar levels, prolonged exposure to heavy metals, and on and on. Sometimes being a detective helps to discover answers. I am always tired when I awaken in the morning if I sleep in my bedroom.

I am not when I sleep on the couch or my chair. I blame it on the high EMF exposure from the power lines crossing over my bedroom. But, that is speculation.

Best wishes.

It is better to take advice of doctor. He can only help. Might be he problem will very small but is not yet diagnose. So diagnose it first.

She can walk in fresh air. Take deep breaths there and do some meditation.

She might simply be getting too much sleep.. That happens to me a lot.

Is she a over weight or obese individual and is she snore in the night then probably she may be having sleep apnea where her soft palate fall back and stop breathing during the sleep. This wakes her up and ultimately lack of continuous sleep can cause her tiredness and sleepiness.. For that need to do a sleep study.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
