Why are Senior Citizens more of a Pessimist than a Optimistic?

I would take a hot shower. But a cold one might work better if you are prone to being bi-polar. I always think better after I stand in the hot water for a few minutes.

So far I have resorted to sharing a place with my adult child. If I could do it on my own, I most certainly would live in a place of my own. I am now a caregiver to my child & it's not an easy task.

One doctor in the ER advised me to join a church after I had a stroke in 2001. I never did & probably never will, but it's a thought if you think it will help you. There are a lot of helping hand agencies that you might look into.

MEALS ON WHEELS should be available in the local phone directory or at the towns Senior Citizens Center. The people who deliver the meals are very helpful because they are often locals who volunteer to give back to their communities. Give it a shot.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
