Why are we saying that we won't use nukes even if the enemy attacks us with chemical or biological weapons?

That's fine. Why would you blow up the house for a cockroach problem? Same thing.

No it doesn't. You can't bow and kiss butt your way out of everything. Sometimes you have to take a stand.

I read some on this recently in a Science magazine--Aggressive nations that are too poor to develop nuclear arsenals may turn to medium-range missiles or other ways armed with poison gas or with biological weapons. These have been dubbed the poor man's nukes. In fact, many analysts fear that such devices may also become the weapons of choice for terrorist groups.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
