Martha Stewart, contrary to popular belief, did not go to jail for insider trading. She went to jail for lying to officials about it. Had she admitted that she knew insider trading was going on she would not have gone to jail.
Her sentencing was conspiracy, obstruction of an agency proceeding, and making false statements to federal investigators. Her activity, while immoral, was not illegal, as she received the information second-hand.
I hear a lot about Martha Stewart in the news. Just what did she do, and why is it illegal? Cramer recently interviewed this Martha Stewart Omnimedia executive.
Who is it?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
