Why didn't "Conservatives" speak up when G. W. Bush added 5 trillion to the national debt?

The amount of money one spends doesn't indicate socialist tendencies. Also, the $3.4 trillion you cite were accrued over the full eight years of the Bush administration. Meanwhile, the $2.7 trillion accrued under Obama had happened only in his first two years in office.

So what you're saying is that Obama has added nearly the same amount to the debt as Bush in only a fraction of the time. Hmm... who's side are you on, exactly?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
