Why do Christians say "Jesus will return from the dead" if Jesus is incapable of dying?

No - Jesus died for the sins of the whole world. It is not about the sins we commit. Every one of us is born spiritually dead in our trespasses and sins, into Satan's kingdom of darkness, serving Satan, cut off from God the Father and on our way to hell already.

If Jesus hadn't died for us, we could never be free from Satan's bondage. We would forever be in Satan's dark kingdom. If we can get free from serving Satan in this life, we will continue on THE WAY (Jesus Christ John 14:6) and end up in heaven for eternity.

If we never get free of Satan's bondage and stay in his kingdom which we were born into, we will go to hell for eternity. The choice is ours. Christ has finished the work for our redemption on the Cross.

Now the ball is in our court. We MUST be born all over again, the second time spiritually of God. Repent of your sins therefore (or perish Luke 13: 3 & 5), receive Jesus Christ's sacrifice for your sin nature and be water baptized into Jesus Christ, by full immersion as an adult in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.(Matthew 28: 19) He who believes and is baptized, shall be saved.

(Mark 16:16).

It's an interesting idea to ponder. Strictly speaking, the gates of heaven were already open - to those who had followed the Mosaic Law. The problem was, essentially, it was impossible to follow every tenet of the Mosaic Law all the time.

That was more or less the point - to show how impossible it was to live up to God's standards. It's kind of like the idea that "anyone can become President." It's technically true, but highly unlikely for most Americans.

Theologically, I would propose that Jesus dying for my sins and Jesus dying to give me a way into heaven are essentially the same thing - my sins are what would keep me out of Heaven but for my belief in Jesus as "the way, the truth, and the life." The problem with your proposal that we not sin ... it is true, we ought not to sin. However, it's impossible for us not to.

"There is none righteous, no, not one." I will have to give this some more thought.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
