Why do feminists want beauty contests for adults banned?

Because those ugly beaches are always jealous of the pretty ones!

Because it perpetuates an ideal where women are judged and Valued based on their physical apperance rather than their depth of character and intillect.

Feminist think things like that degrade women because it is only judging them on their beauty, the way I see it is that the female form empowers women rather than degrades women, so why not show it off.

Because it's only her body her choice when it comes to killing babies.

Because they think beauty contests degrade and negatively objectify women. However, they see nothing wrong with it if it benefits feminist organizations and they never complain about men being objectified in the same type of contests.

Feminuts believe they can speak for all women. It's a very arrogant mindset. Regardless of objectification, if someone wants to enter a beauty contest, they will.

That's their right. I'd wager a guess that 90% of America doesn't give a s*it if a lady enters a contest based solely on looks. If you don't like it, don't watch/join it.

Feminuts are fine with everything non-feminuts do, as long as you do it their way. And I really don't mean to be rude, and I'm sure there are exceptions- but most hardcore feminuts wouldn't rank very high in a beauty contest anyway. So they want to ruin it for others.

There might be some truths to what they say, but they shouldn't really spoil it for everyone. Im pretty sure there are positive to these sorts of competitions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
